Egyptian Maus n CatWoman
Dang, I love CatWoman with Halle Berry. Love the way she turned off the music at the party... That scene was funny! Although some of the scenes in which she runs up the walls I find a bit freaky. The Mau cat that's on that movie is so freaken cute! Called Egyptian Mau, they're rare and the history is not been documented but its believed that they originate from African Wild cats due to its similarities. Once it was domesticated, it's been seen in Egyptian art [2200BC]. They were seen as companions, protectors, trained to hunt prey [fish, birds...] and returned it to their owners and even guardians of crops. If you would kill or seen killing a cat, it was a crime and death by stoning would be your judgment. These kitties can reach up to 30M/PH running! And their personalities if not wean correctly with a loving and caring hand they will not be shy and reclusive which they can eventually hiss and scratch if not socialized correctly in kitten-hood.Me thinks Mitsuru has a little Egyptian Mau in her. She tends to love my company and attach herself to me. She loves to participate with me when I'm crafting, whether I like it or not. She'll want to be there... As Mau's love attention and dislike you having privacy, Mimi feels that if there's door close and you're inside that room she will meow, a plea of ' let me in.' And she welcomes me home when I come back but not to BFG... heee... BFG, is like why you and not me... heee... She will have conversations with me while crafting or just sitting next to me watching tv or surfing.
I wonder if this post should go on their blog? oh well... too lazy...
Been reading Lara again. She's so interesting... Ah brings back the times of partying in the gay village. Remember that Mondo... Amazing... That really gave me a platform to be very open minded to all sorts of things... K.O.X [now closed] really opened up my mind.. oh let's not forget the partying with Carolyne [RIP, my sweet friend] and all the girls at Sisters... aaahh, the times of clubbing! I also, remember my 1st girl kiss [heee, I kissed a girl by Kelly Perry just came on my itunes, while writing this, too funny!]... oh the memories... heee... and the swimming in our undies... and Carlos, HOT but bats for the other team! the under ground music was the best. Oh and when Warehouse parties that became RAVES, after hour clubs SKY, PlayGround, etc. and the hot bodies of the gay men... sheesh... Totally fun!!! Crap, how things have changed in my life... From wild to totally calm! But regrets not ONE!
All SeeYA
- SeeYa Wikipidia- [HQ] SeeYa - 그 사람 구두 III MV
- TaeYeon (태연) - 들리나요 (Can You Hear Me)
No matter what this song, really has a melancolic melody which is so sad and every time I hear it makes me sad and my throat hurts, like I'll start to cry... they have such a great music. Their videos are like little dramas this song is part 2-1 of their SHOES mini video drama.
Here's how they go:
part 1-1 = Shoes [구두]
part 1-2 = Crazy Love Song [미친 사랑의 노래]
part 2 = Sad Steps [슬픈 발걸음]
part 3-1 = That Person-Shoes 3 [그 사람 (구두 III)] and Without You [나 없이도]
part 3-2 = same both songs...
others:
Love Greeting [part 1] and Iced Lady [part 2]
The Day [part 1] and the day [part 2] SEEYA and Brown Eyed Girls...
Scent Of A Woman [여인의향기] part 1 and part 2
there's only one: Hateful [미워요]
new one just came out, its just a preview: Seeya feat. SG워너비 (김용준), 황정음, Mario - Going [가니-Gani] there's a live version of the song with Hot Girl [핫걸] from the same album but more dance-like music, cuz they usually are more romantic and ballad-like... the video for Hot Girl [핫걸] is out, freaken funny and has subs. Truly what a comeback!
Lyrics: SeeYa (씨야) - Shoes (구두)
In order to leave you,
I practised hating you
In order to forget you,
I practised hating you
I drink more than I eat
fill my stomach with alcohol
to cover my pain
because I am just a woman
who knows nothing
except loving you
I'll wear my high heels
and heavy make-up
So that you'll notice me
and change your mind
I'll wear even higher heels
and re-apply my make-up
Hope you'll hold me again and
perhaps change your mind
I drink more than I eat
fill my stomach with alcohol
to cover my pain
because I am just a woman
who knows nothing
except loving you
I'll wear my high heels
and heavy make-up
So that you'll notice me
and change your mind
I'll wear even higher heels
and re-apply my make-up
Hope you'll hold me again and
perhaps change your mind
I miss you, I miss you so much
but I have to hold it in, righ?
because I am just a woman
who knows nothing
except loving you
I'll wear my high heels...
I'll wear my high heels
and heavy make-up
So that you'll notice me
and change your mind
I'll wear even higher heels
and re-apply my make-up
Hope you'll hold me again and
perhaps change your mind
I'll wear my high heels...

SUVs are the most stolen. The gem for car thieves is the Escalade, the 10 most stolen cars are trucks and SUVs... On the truck side the Ford F-250 and F-350 are among thieves’ desirable... The least stolen is the Mercedes E class sedan. Thieves will pass over a small car and go for the SUVs... [Read on...]
Had a coffee and an 1/2 an almond croissant that BFG got at the Hosp. He also made me the coffee and brought it to me. What a sweetie... We made lunch together... Had an egg-which and soup, he had to go fast to a meeting. Practically, late...
There are a few versions of her song... on YouTube if you search with her name... Some good and some not so... :) Song that was sang by Chaka, too. [video]
Original song by Janis Ian... also like her Child’s Society... This has a sad background... As most of her songs. Would like to get my hands on her 2 cd compilation from 1995... She made it bigger in Japan... Very interesting lady.
This came to my attention when I was watching eTalk and Celine Dion came on and was singing "I learned the truth at seventeen" and went on Google in search for the song... I liked the tune... when voila, found it and came upon Mrs. B post of the song...
I Learned the Truth at Seventeen - post. Been reading some of her posts, freaken' funny about the kittens Lily and Pete.
Reading about the Virgin Suicides which the song from Janis Ian played to the boys through the phone. That's how the girls communicated... Found to love that movie, will get it into my collection... nya!
Went on the hunt for my old iPod... found it and retrieved "Adesso e Fortuna," which is still in the back of my mind... Need to upload it onto my new iPod... :)
Crap can't find my camera. I wanted to take and upload some pictures to my craft blog. Crap!
Been reading old posts from old bloggers and new posts too... Went to vent on the craziness is the CA gov't. Crystals, why did H get the boot? The GG is smoking’s something. Sheesh!
Haven't watched TV for a most of the day. I will try this from now on. I'm thinking of getting freaky with the Wii and Samba de Amigo... Wonder were the Wii is, though?
Woman
LOVE... this song WOMAN by John Lennon! :) the love of a man for his soulmate! :)Woman I can hardly express,
My mixed emotion at my thoughtlessness,
After all I'm forever in your debt,
And woman I will try express,
My inner feelings and thankfullness,
For showing me the meaning of succsess,
oooh well, well,
oooh well, well,
Woman I know you understand
The little child inside the man,
Please remember my life is in your hands,
And woman hold me close to your heart,
However, distant don't keep us apart,
After all it is written in the stars,
oooh well, well,
oooh well, well,
Woman please let me explain,
I never mean(t) to cause you sorrow or pain,
So let me tell you again and again and again,
I love you (yeah, yeah) now and forever,
This song makes me cry... tears flow down... I can clearly hear the sound of love coming through this song! :~(

Music!
Every time I listen to the Beach Boys it always reminds me of my childhood in Cali!!! Though it was in the 80s... Still, the Beach Boys remind me of the beach and surfing! Damn, the waves... aaahh, the sunset on a Friday at Santa Monica Pier. That was the best! The Hollies 'Bus Stop.' Reminds me of my mom and those afternoons when we use to hang out in the patio... Thinking of all the lovely afternoons... The music coming from the living room! :) aahh, being a kid again... :) remembering those good times that will never come back.
"Every morning I would see her waiting at the stop
Sometimes she'd shopped and she would show me what she bought
Other people stared as if we were both quite insane
Someday my name and hers are going to be the same
Bus stop, wet day, she's there, I say
Please share my umbrella
Bus stop, bus goes, she stays, love grows
Under my umbrella"
John Lennon... Instant Karma!
"Instant Karma's gonna get you,
Gonna look you right in the face,
Better get yourself together darlin',
Join the human race,
How in the world you gonna see,
Laughin' at fools like me,
Who on earth d'you think you are,
A super star,
Well, right you are.
Well we all shine on,
Like the moon and the stars and the sun,
Well we all shine on,
Ev'ryone come on.
Instant Karma's gonna get you,
Gonna knock you off your feet,
Better recognize your brothers,
Ev'ryone you meet,
Why in the world are we here,
Surely not to live in pain and fear,
Why on earth are you there,
When you're ev'rywhere,
Come and get your share. "
When I was a teenager I went to see Imagine... I cried so much... The sadness but the love was there between them.
The Beach Boys "Good Vibrations"
I, I love the colorful clothes she wears
And the way the sunlight plays upon her hair
I hear the sound of a gentle word
On the wind that lifts her perfume through the air
aah Cali, I miss those times... :(

I truly love Izakayas [Japanese pub]:
"Izakaya: The Japanese Pub Cookbook. This is the first publication in English to delve into every aspect of the Izakaya, or Japanese “pub” ― a unique and vital cornerstone of Japanese food culture.
Uninhibited and welcoming, the pub serves mouth-watering, nutritious and inexpensive small-plate cooking, along with free-flowing drinks. Like the Spanish tapas bar, it is a mainstay of the nation’s native cuisine, a vital venture for socializing and, in these health-conscious times, an increasingly influential culinary force.
Eight different Tokyo pubs are introduced. Some of them have long histories; some are more recent players on the scene. All are deeply familiar to the author, who has chosen them for their quality, ambiance, and the variety they represent.
Also included are detailed recipes for 60 quintessential Izakaya dishes-delicious standards and specialties ranging from those often found on the traditional Japanese “comfort food” menu to highly innovative creations that reflect the living energy of pub culture.
You will also find a wide range of information-izakaya history, profiles of Japanese ingredients and spices, a guide to the many varieties of sake, cocktails and other alcoholic drinks that are served, “how-to “advice on menu ordering, and much more.
More than a cookbook or a guidebook, this is a beguiling window onto a major food culture, and will be a source of inspiration to every food lover-home chef, hungry gourmet, or professional restaurateur.
Author Mark Robinson is an editor and journalist who has written regularly from Tokyo on food and culture for publications including the Financial Times and the Times (UK), the Australian Financial Review Magazine, and others. Born in Tokyo and raised mostly in Sydney, he returned to Japan in 1988.

Mamoru Oshii appoints Ayaka [絢香] for "Sky Crawlers" theme song
"Mamoru Oshii's latest animated film, "The Sky Crawlers," now has an official theme song in the form of "Konya mo Hoshi ni Dakarete [今夜も星に抱かれて]," a new ballad by young singer Ayaka.
The song was initially planned to be used as an image song that would appear in the movie's trailer, but after listening to the finished work, Oshii felt it matched the film so well that he decided to use it during the ending credits as the theme song. The director is known for avoiding the use of existing music in his works, but he made a rare exception this time, even going as far as redoing the credits to better incorporate the song.
"The Sky Crawlers" is also unusual for Oshii due to its choice of voice cast. He normally uses professional seiyus, but in April it was revealed that Rinko Kikuchi, Ryo Kase, Chiaki Kuriyama, and Shosuke Tanihara are lending their voices to the film.
"Konya mo Hoshi ni Dakarete" is the final track on Ayaka's sophomore album, "Sing to the Sky," which goes on sale June 25. "The Sky Crawlers" will hit theaters more than a month later on August 2."
