The Sh.A.R.K consists of a magnetic adjuster and a magnetic ruler designed to fit onto an Atlas 150 Pasta machine - Cormier says to “think of it as a moving wall”. This tool makes your pasta machine adjustable and allows you to sheet clay in any width within the rollers.
